Did you know...?

Lifts, ski shop and rental are just a few minutes away from Rigele, making the hotel the perfect starting point for all your tours. The half board gives you culinary freedom from early morning until late at night, and you can park comfortably and snow-protected in our underground car park. You can also load your electric car with us.

Booking
Arrangements can only be booked in advance. All further unused services will not be reimbursed. Double room occupancy with one person: Daily price x 1.5
Confirmation
With your confirmation, our return confirmation and the receipt of your deposit, the reserva- tion is then binding and the cancellation terms and conditions are acknowledged.
Check-In / Check-Out
On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 3 p.m. onwards. On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. Should you happen to arrive before 3 p.m. or leave after 11 a.m., then we have a luggage room and changing room with lockers available for you to use. Late-check-out (to 5 p.m.) at short notice upon request: € 55.00 per person.

Services which have not been made use of in connection with offer days or weeks will not be refunded or reimbursed.
Cancellations conditions

GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

up to 6 weeks before arrival – free cancellation
4 to 6 weeks before arrival – 30 % cancellation fee
up to 1 week before arrival – 70 % cancellation fee
in the week of arrival – 90 % cancellation fee

Cancellation fees are calculated from the total price.

Sometimes things don’t go as planned – a booked holiday may need to be cancelled or cut short unexpectedly. To save you from the associated costs and hassle, we recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance from European Travel Insurance. This way, you can book in advance with complete peace of mind.

Pets

Your pet is also welcome here. Your devoted companion may of course spend his holidays at the Hotel Rigele Royal.

We take the liberty of billing a small service charge for additional cleaning of EUR 25,00 per day.

Please don’t forget to bring the food your pet needs, as it is not included in the price.

Entrance to the next ski slope

The entrance to the next ski slope is about 100 meters away from our hotel. Depending on wheather and snow conditions, you can directly put on your skis in front of our ski room and ski to this slope (edelweiss slope) on the street - this is absolutely usual in Obertauern. Snow sure Obertauern up to 2,313 metres, 100 km of pistes, 1 cable car, 18 chair lifts.

Guest Mobility Ticket
The Guest Mobility Ticket is valid for your arrival within the province of Salzburg. It can be issued in advance via pre-check-in and is valid for both train and bus connections. With this ticket, you can use all public transportation in the Salzburg region free of charge on both your arrival and departure days. This includes city transport, regional buses, S-Bahn trains, regional trains, long-distance trains, and micro public transport services. Please request your Guest Mobility Ticket at the reception!
